A new spirit in the heart of Valpolicella
A story of family and identity.
This is a project of rebirth for our family vineyards, combining our passion for wine, the centuries-old enological culture and the land that has produced world famous wines for generations.

A history deep rooted in the land
In this land, history and wine are beautifully interlaced with vineyards, rolling hills, ancient villas and prestigious manors. We are located in San Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica region, land on which the ancient and noble Saibante family, in the times of the Venetian Republic’s domain, owned numerous farm houses, farm dwellings and lands.
The new spirit of the Valpolicella
Our wines reflect the territory and our passion for wine.
From Amarone della Valpolicella to Ripasso, passing through the Valpolicella Classico , our wines tell of these unique lands.
OUR PROJECT
With the heart we go far away
With the heart we go far away
Any project of wine making is a mission you undertake with reason, but it’s with the heart that you go further. Sustainability and passion are the values that drive the pursuit of the perfect balance of grape blends to produce the finest wine variety. In the name of sustainability, we converted our cultivation to a full organic production, as we believe that wines produced with this care and philosophy are a better expression of the terroir from which they are born. Our passion is what drives us to face daily challenges with courage and integrity. This mix of reason and passion always leads to the best decision making, because we believe that the quality of a wine is always the result of the union between commitment and love.
Between hills and vineyards
