The new spirit of Valpolicella
Valpolicella is a magic land, where in the past some slightly crazy wine growers, maybe in a playful way, maybe for tradition, named the grapes after birds: Corvina and Corvinone (derived from the Italian word for Raven), Rondinella (from the Italian word for Swallow) and many more.
A sunny land with deep-rooted tradition for viticulture, indeed only those who live here and love the area know what it really means to make wine in Valpolicella. From the attentive job of harvesting the best grapes to their selection for the wilting process, the daily inspection of the grapes desiccation and their progression, until the perfect moment to start vinification.
This is our spirit, the spirit of the Valpolicella: tradition, passion and modernity!

Re-interpreting the land
Producing wine in this land means to know and respect a centuries old tradition that has made Valpolicella one of the most known and loved wine destinations in Italy and in the World. Our purpose to start from the tradition and enrich it with modern interpretation.
